Easy Recipe Salmon Croquettes

Although they cook rapidly, these crispy salmon croquettes are created with fresh fish. Fresh parsley, red bell pepper, and onion give the filling a wonderful flavor. Tasty as an appetizer served with a side of tartar sauce.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound boneless, skinless salmon fillets
  2. ½ cup baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  3. ½ cup diced onion
  4. ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  5. ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley
  6. 1 large egg
  7. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  8. ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  9. ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
  10. ¼ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
  11. ⅓ cup cornmeal
  12. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Use a food processor to finely chop the fish.

Step:No:02

Place the salmon in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until thoroughly blended after adding the baking mix, onion, bell pepper, parsley, egg, garlic, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, and seafood seasoning.

Step:No:03

Using a waxed paper-lined plate, shape the mixture into 8 tiny patties. Give the patties fifteen minutes to chill.

Step:No:04

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. To ensure the cornmeal sticks to all sides of the patties, place cornmeal into a shallow dish and roll each patty in it.

Step:No:05

Working in batches, fry burgers in the oil for three to four minutes on each side, or until golden and well done.
